Paragons and Invaders were victorious on Wednesday evening at the YMCA Sports Complex as the Antigua and Barbuda Amateur Volleyball Association’s league continued. In the Women’s Division One, Starz faced off against Paragons resulting in a 0-3 victory for the Paragons. This win allowed the Paragons to move up one position in the standings, now sitting in fourth place. Meanwhile, Starz maintained their second-place standing despite the loss.
In the Men’s Division 1, Stoneville was defeated by Invaders with a score of 0-3. This result enabled the Invaders to climb one spot in the standings, now occupying fourth place. Stoneville remains in second place despite the loss. The leading team, Pytonz, continues to hold the top position without any change in their standing. On Saturday, Stoneville will battle DA Squad in the Women Division while Invaders will meet High Flyers in the final match of the evening in the Men Division.
