The U.S. Virgin Islands Soccer Federation (USVISF) is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of the 2024–2025 Club Licensing application window. In what marks a revitalization of the licensing process in the territory, 10 clubs or teams submitted applications this cycle, with 8 receiving domestic license approvals.
This milestone reflects USVISF’s ongoing commitment to raising the standards of football across the Virgin Islands through structured development, increased professionalism, and greater accountability in the domestic game.
The eight approved clubs represent the first formally licensed teams in recent years, underscoring a renewed momentum toward compliance with both national and regional standards. These clubs are now not only licensed domestically but are actively working toward meeting the requirements for regional club licensing eligibility for the upcoming cycle—a critical step in ensuring that local teams can represent the territory in broader international competitions.
USVISF proudly commends the dedication and diligence of our Club Licensing Manager, Kurtice Lewis, whose leadership has been instrumental in managing the process with efficiency and professionalism. We also extend sincere appreciation to the USVISF First Instance Body for their thorough and timely evaluation of applications, ensuring a fair and transparent review process.
