TOTTENHAM are set to pursue a move for Morgan Gibbs-White, it’s been claimed.
New Spurs chief Thomas Frank is wasting no time in building the team in his own image, agreeing a £55million deal for West Ham’s Mohammed Kudus earlier this week.
Attacking reinforcements are at the forefront of the Dane’s mind.
And he’s reportedly keen to bolster his squad with the acquisition of Nottingham Forest and England ace Gibbs-White.
That’s according to The Athletic, who claim the Gibbs-White is “high” up on several club’s summer wishlist, including Spurs.
Spurs are said to be hopeful of convincing him to swap the east Midlands for north London if they can reach an agreement with Forest.
Gibbs-White was one of Forest’s star performers last season, scoring seven goals and bagging ten assists to help the club to a seventh-placed finish.
Forest’s impressive finish saw them qualify for next season’s Conference League.
But the prospect of playing Champions League football may potentially sway the England international to move to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
