RANGERS face missing out on key striker target Dor Turgeman amid reports that the Israeli frontman has been subject to an official bid from an MLS side.
We told you a week ago how the race was heating up for the in-demand frontman.
And now according to SkySport reporter Luca Bendoni, New England Revolution have made a formal offer to Maccabi Tel Aviv for the 21-year-old frontman.
Bendoni writes on social media: “New England Revolution have submitted an offer to Maccabi Tel Aviv for 21yo forward Dor Turgeman.
“His profile is also being considered by multiple European clubs including Rangers, in case of outgoings.”
The 21-year old has been on Rangers’ radar all summer after a superb 2024/25 campaign.

He netted 15 goals in 32 games to fire Maccabi Tel Aviv to title glory.
But they were surprisingly dumped out of Champions League qualifying by Cypriot side Pafos.
The Light Blues have been watching Turgeman, capped eight times for his country, for some time but no deal has happened yet.
Less than two weeks ago, Maccabi Tel Aviv boss Zarko Lazetic claimed it would take a FAIRYTALE offer for the club to consider selling him.
There’s still major intrigue over a number of strikers at Rangers – with Hamza Igamane linked with Lille and the Gers knocking back a bid for Cyriel Dessers from AEK Athens.
But news of a formal offer for the star could focus minds in the Ibrox war room when it comes to whether they too jump in with a concrete bid.
