Dreamers, making their season debut after a Week 1 postponement, struggled to contain Corozal’s attacking rhythm and now face a tough climb in the standings. Despite the result, the Dreamers remain focused on growth and unity. In a statement shared one day after the match, the club said:
“Yesterday didn’t end with the result we wanted, but every match is a step forward in our journey. 💪⚽ The Dreamers Women gave their all on the field, showing passion, teamwork, and determination,” the Cayo Dreamers said in a statement shared one day after the match.
“We may not have won, but we continue working hard, learning, and growing together as one team, one family. 💙💛 Thank you to all our fans who came out to support us—you are part of our dream!”
