THIS is the moment Celtic ultras burst into life 12 minutes into their Premiership clash with Hibs – after staging the first of three planned ‘silent protests’ against the board.
A fan umbrella group called the Celtic Fans Collective announced plans yesterday to keep pressure on the Hoops board after what they regard as an underwhelming transfer window.
They plan to do that by remaining silent for the opening portion of the upcoming games against Hibs, Braga and Motherwell.
And they kicked things off against the Easter Road men today.
Footage shows the ultras section remaining silent then breaking to chants and waving flags after 12 minutes.
They also displayed a banner which declared “Your silence is deafening”.

“Our fanbase can really push in this competition.
