The domestic football season continues to pick up with the addition of the President’s Cup draws being announced by the Cayman Island Football Association on 13 Oct.
The action kicks off the weekend of 1-2 Nov. with preliminary-round matches, leading up to the men’s and women’s finals on 18 Feb. 2026, at the Truman Bodden Sports Complex.
Defending champions Bodden Town FC in the men’s competition and Academy SC in the women’s competition will both be battling to retain their crowns.

CIFA President Alfredo Whittaker expressed excitement about the upcoming tournament in a press release, saying, “The President’s Cup continues to be one of the most exciting competitions in Cayman football because it gives every club – from veterans to young contenders – a real shot at silverware.
“Last year’s finals showed the depth of talent we have across the islands, and we’re expecting even more intensity this season. We look forward to another great showcase of Cayman football,” Whittaker said.
In the Women’s President’s Cup, the six teams competing are Academy SC, Elite SC, Fusion SC, Latinos FC, Scholars International SC and Sunset FC.
The Men’s President’s Cup sees 12 clubs enter the tournament – 345 FC, Academy SC, Bodden Town FC, Cayman Athletic SC, Cayman Brac FC, East End UFC, Elite SC, Future SC, Latinos FC, Scholars International SC, Sunset FC and Tigers FC.
