FATBOY Slim has revealed he was “full on snogged” by a huge football icon while DJ’ing his wedding.
The musician, 62, recalled the moment he performed at Brazilian football star Ronaldo, 49, lavish ceremony to his then partner Daniella Cicarelli in 2005.
The sport star had a star-studded engagement party at the Château de Chantilly, north of Paris.
The retired Real Madrid star hired Fatboy Slim, real name Norman Quentin Cook, for the bash, which included the likes of David and Victoria Beckham in attendance.
Despite being initially nervous about the music he had selected, it went down very well with the guests, who were up on their feet dancing.
The famous DJ said: “It was in Paris. It was kind of weird. I don’t do many weddings but when Ronaldo – this is Brazilian fat Ronaldo, when he was playing at Real Madrid – phones you and says, ‘Will you DJ at my wedding? The Beckhams are going to be there.’

“At the end of the day it was like any other wedding. I was thinking, ‘Oh my god, I’ve probably forgotten music that they want to hear, Everybody looks really old, no one really knows each other’.”
He said at the launch of his new book It Ain’t Over… ‘Til The Fatboy Sings: “Roll on two hours later, everybody’s drunk, everybody’s dancing on each other’s shoulders, Ronaldo’s snogging me full on the face, my mate’s trying to get a kiss off his wife, his dad’s got his tie round his head, it degenerated into every other wedding.”
Norman, who has been 16 years sober, admitted he doesn’t remember the songs he played as that was during his “drinking days”.
Ronaldo first struck up a friendship with Norman when he attended one of his concerts in Rio de Janeiro many years ago.
Norman previously said: “He started coming to my shows and then I DJ’d at his wedding. He was backstage at one of my gigs in Rio and he became a fan.”
In June, Norman’s teamed up with his son Woody Cook, 24, treated fans to a high-energy performance at Glastonbury.
Playing to just a few dozen people, the pair brought The Bug stage to life away from the hustle and bustle of the main arenas.
Billed as Woody Cook and friends, both Woody and Norman DJ’d, took turns playing tracks.
Adding to the family vibes on Worthy Farm, Woody’s mum Zoe Ball, 54, debuted her new man.
The Radio 2 DJ was seen walking hand in hand with her new boyfriend in the hospitality area – and he looks very similar to ex-husband Norman.
An onlooker said: “Zoe is down at Glastonbury as a punter and has brought her new boyfriend along for the ride.
“They seemed blissfully happy and were strolling along holding hands.
“She was really smiling at him as they walked along and he was very protective of Zoe and put his hand across her back.
“People were doing double takes at her bloke though because he looks a lot like Fatboy. It’s so great to see Zoe smiling again.”
In May Zoe hinted she had met someone new amid rumours of a reconciliation with Fatboy.
