A WOMAN has been charged after a former Bournemouth star lost his leg in a horror crash on the motorway.
Jordan Chiedozie – son of ex-Tottenham winger John – was on the hard shoulder of the M27 investigating a flat tyre when he was struck.
The 31-year-old was put in an induced coma following the crash and had his leg amputated.
Anna Bogusiewicz, 45, has now been charged with causing serious injury by dangerous driving and drink driving.
She will next appear at Southampton Crown Court on December 1.
The horror unfolded on February 1 as Chiedozie was travelling with physio Reighan Taylor.

“If you stay too much thinking of what happened and the past, I don’t think it helps with the recovery and being able to get as close as to normal as before, going forward.”
The footballer also revealed he is “getting used to getting up on my feet” and using his prosthetic leg.
Chiedozie came through at Bournemouth and was with the club when they were in League One and the Championship.
He had various loan spells in the non-league and a stint in League Two with Cambridge United.
The striker also played in the National League, National League South and Isthmian Leagues.
