MISFITS BOXING have announced that controversial social media star Andrew Tate will make his debut this Christmas.
Tate, 38, will be fighting against Misfits’ heavyweight champion, Chase DeMoor in a match dubbed “The Fight Before Christmas”.

The bout, announced on Thursday evening, is set to take place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on December 20.
In a video posted to social media, Misfits boxing president Mams Taylor revealed the stunning fight.
He said: “I come here today to give you some news. Some you won’t like it, some of you will, but you’ll understand because it’s coming from a place of truth…
“When KSI said I want to box, let’s create our own IP. I coined the phrase crossover boxing. Then KSI said I need a break. And since then it’s been a tweet hero and story there.
“I won’t allow Misfits to go down. And KSI you are no longer the CEO of Misfits Boxing you have been relinquished as your duties as CEO.
“We need a new CEO who is going to fight for this brand. Please welcome our new CEO.”
The video then faded to black before revealing Tate smoking a cigar.
He then said: “Say hello to your new CEO. I wouldn’t say it was a hostile takeover but it was certainly planned and Mams and I are going to be working together to put Misfits where it belongs on the world stage.
“The largest disruptive force in sports entertainment history.
“I guess it’s my job to make the most entertaining fights, and who is the person everyone wants to see fight? Who’s the guy I can sign that everyone will tune in to watch fight? Me. Isn’t that convenient.
“I myself am going to be fighting as CEO on the next Misfits fight on December 20.
“And if I’m going to fight I may as well do it for a belt. And if I’m going to do it for a belt I may as well do it for the biggest one.
“So I, as CEO, order a mandatory title defence for the Misfits heavyweight belt between myself; King Andrew, the Top G, against Chase DeMoor.”
Three women in their late twenties and early thirties accused Tate of rape and sexual and physical assaults – including holding guns to their heads and strangulations with belts.
But the Crown Prosecution Service said on September 29 that the evidence did not meet the threshold to bring criminal charges, and they would be dropped – though the civil case continues.
Reacting to the news, Tate posted on X: “Romania? No case UK? No case USA? No case 4 months in jail, 3 years locked in my house.
“Endless media slander. 25million dollars stolen from me. Lawfare? – I’m one of the most mistreated men in history beside president Trump himself.”
A CPS spokesperson said: “We undertook a further review of a case file in relation to allegations of assault and rape between 2013 and 2015.
“Following careful consideration of the evidence provided by Hertfordshire constabulary, we concluded that our legal test for prosecution was not met, and that no further action should be taken.
“We have informed all parties of our decision and offered to meet with the complainants to explain our reasoning in more detail.”
Tate’s UK solicitor Andrew Ford welcomed the decision.
He said: “Despite much external pressure the evidence speaks for itself in this case and the CPS have rightly confirmed the evidence is inadequate to provide any realistic prospect of conviction.
“The reason the CPS made this decision will become obvious when the evidence is played out during the civil proceedings.
“We are glad that this is yet another example of a potential criminal case against Andrew Tate falling by the wayside.”
The women brought a civil case against Tate at the High Court after the CPS originally decided not to prosecute in 2019.
The civil case against Tate, brought by three women, still stands and is due to start in June 2026.
Tate denies the allegations, with his lawyers saying in his written defence that the claims are false and that all sexual activity was consensual.
Tate and his brother Tristan were then criminally charged with rape and a string of other offences against four women in the UK back in May of this year.
Tate was accused of ten criminal charges in total.
These included rape, actual bodily harm, human trafficking and controlling prostitution for gain against three women.
One of the women claims Tate threatened to kill her and another says he made clear he would kill anyone who spoke to her.
A third claims Tate convinced her he had actually killed other people.
