Mount Pleasant Football Academy suffered their first defeat in the Concacaf Caribbean Cup as they fell 1-0 to Trinidad and Tobago’s Defence Force in the second leg of the semifinals.
Mount Pleasant advanced to the final, however, as they won the tie 5-2 on aggregate.
Kevin Molino scored the only goal of the game in the 12th minute of the contest played at the National Stadium.
By virtue of the result, Mount Pleasant have advanced to the Concacaf Champions Cup and await the winner of the second semifinal.
The final will be played across two legs on November 24 and December 1.
