CHRIS EUBANK JR is keeping his personal life private after witnessing his parents’ public break-up and having rivals questioning his sexuality.
The 36-year-old middleweight revealed to his legendary father that he is expecting twin boys with his long-term girlfriend.
But the heart-warming revelation sparked fans’ interest into who the star’s love interest is.
Eubank Jr – who was bizarrely accused of being in a relationship with Brazilian footballer and poker pal Neymar by a former opponent in 2023 – says that he has shielded his partner after a lifetime of public anguish.
A TV crew was welcomed into the family home for a 2003 series called At Home with the Eubanks but his dad and mum Karron divorced in 2005 – in the same year the two-weight world champ was declared bankrupt.
He says: “Remember people thought I was gay at one point? Do you remember Liam Smith calling me gay?

“My private life should be private, that’s how I have always seen it.
“What people don’t know and what people don’t see, they cannot target, they cannot ruin, they cannot try to interfere with.
“There’s no benefit, in my opinion, to exposing private relationships to the world. What benefits are there?
“If you go out and look at all these high-profile relationships, how many of them last?

“I saw that from very early on, I experienced it with my mother and father.

Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn go punch-for-punch once again as both rivals look to make their fathers proud.
The blockbuster rematch takes place at the 62,000-seater Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday, November 15.
Eubank Jr narrowly outpointed his bitter foe after 12 brutal rounds in April to secure the bragging rights in what was certainly a Fight of the Year contender.
And the two British superstars will dance once more as Eubank Jr aims to do the double while Benn seeks revenge after suffering a first career loss.

“Their split was very public and it was hard to watch and it was embarrassing.
“Everybody knew that my parents were getting divorced and I knew, from that age, that – whatever relationship I got into – I wasn’t going to make it public. It’s unnecessary.
“It’s not like I am hiding it. I just chose not to throw it out there.”
Eubank Jr expecting a couple of new bruisers in the summer might be expected to soften the Brighton hard man and ease him closer to retirement.
But he warns Saturday’s rematch rival 29-year-old Conor Benn – already a father to son Eli and daughter Idony – that having two more Eubank boys in his corner might make him an even more brutal force.
“I already am mellow,” he smiled. “You can’t get more mellow than me.
“I don’t believe that having children will change me as a man, or change my personality. I am who I am.
“It might enhance the type of man that I am. But it won’t change me.

“I don’t think having children has any effect on my career.
“If anything they will make me fight harder, because I know now that I have two extra mouths to feed.”
The Eubank family knows more than most the devastating perils of the blood sport.
Chris Sr, 59 still helps support Michael Watson after inflicting life-changing injuries on his old rival in 1991.
And Jr inflicted devastating brain injuries on Nick Blackwell in 2016.
Those ongoing tragedies are not lost on Jr, who admits his 12-round wars with the likes of Billy Joe Saunders, George Groves and April’s first fight with Benn will have shortened his life – but he won’t let them shorten his career.
He adds: “Boxing is a dangerous sport. And you want to be there for your kids as they grow up.
“These types of fights that I am in, they take a bit out of you, they take a little bit of your life out of you. It’s something to think about.
“But as of right now, I am in love with my life as a fighter – and I don’t see it coming to an end any time soon.”
Eubank Sr tried desperately to shield his son from the hurt business.
Jr was not even aware of his dad’s incredible career until he attended a teenage sleepover at a pal’s house and found an old video of his iconic rounds.
The second-generation brawler is in the same tricky position. But having to help raise nephew Raheem after brother Seb’s death in 2023, he has a better understanding of parental love and care than ever before.
He explained: “I learned to have sympathy for his feelings by being around Raheem.
“When you fall in love with a kid, you start to understand that you don’t want any type of pain or harm coming to this human being.
“I had never felt love like that for anybody, really. So that helped me understand my father’s feelings towards me.
“I am excited for my sons to grow and to learn what their father did. Will I push them into boxing? No.
“Would I want them to be boxers? I would not say that. I would not stop, forbid or block them, like my father did for me.
“But you have some parents who push their kids into the sport, into all sports.

“But kids who get pushed into boxing, it is dangerous, because if a kid does not have his heart and mind 100 per cent in it, they can get hurt.
“I would never push them in but if they want help, if they want to try it, I will be there to support.”
