A NATION is holding its breath in anticipation of Scotland’s huge winner-takes-all World Cup qualifying clash against Denmark.
The players will be doing whatever they can to calm their nerves – even the ones who aren’t involved!

And one Scotland star decided to visit a new Glasgow dining hotspot on the eve of the big decider.
Steve Clarke and his team know that victory against Denmark will guarantee them a spot at the 2026 World Cup.
Anything else means it will be the perilous route of the play-offs.
Lennon Miller has been a regular in Scotland squads of late but he was forced to withdraw from the camp ahead of Saturday’s loss to Greece due to injury.

The former Motherwell midfielder, now the latest Scot to star in Serie A with Udinese, has travelled back to his homeland for the Hampden showdown however and has been spotted enjoying a taste of his adopted country in Glasgow.
Miller, 19, popped into Grosso in Dennistoun, the Italian restaurant owned by ex-Celtic and Dundee midfielder Simon Ferry, who now fronts the popular Open Goal podcast.
After revealing an opening date of September 24 and with its location little over a mile from Celtic Park, Ferry’s new business venture has gotten off to a flying start.
Several high profile names have been in for a visit with Miller the latest to sample some of the menu.
He was pictured in the restaurant smiling and holding a coffee cup on Grosso’s Instagram stories, with the establishment’s social media account captioning the picture: “Lennon Miller in for the best brunch in Glasgow!”
Grosso’s brunch menu includes Ferry’s personal favourite dish of a spiced sausage patty, American cheese topped with a fried egg.
Diners can also enjoy a blend of Italian, Scottish and American inspired flavours including pancakes, overnight oats and fried breakfast items.
Meanwhile, Celtic have confirmed the search for a new manager is still ongoing and that Martin O’Neill will continue to take charge of the team beyond the end of the international break.
He and Shaun Maloney will be in the dugout against St Mirren when the Hoops return to action on Saturday November 22.
