CHELSEA fans have been left panicking after striker Liam Delap was forced off with a suspected dislocated should injury in the game against Bournemouth.
The forward named in the starting line up at the Vitality and was looking sharp but his afternoon came to a painful halt as he went down in a clash during the game.

Medics rushed to the pitch and Delap was helped off, clutching his shoulder.
The injury is a huge concern for Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca, who will now be sweating over how long the 22-year-old could be out.
With key fixtures coming up, the Blues’ attacking options have just taken a hit.
The Blues are currently drawing with both teams limited to half chances
