Described as “reassuring and kind,” Clevlon’s journey has been one of determination and growth. He began his career at Sandals Grenada in 2015 in the housekeeping department before transitioning to the watersports team as a beach attendant. In 2023, he completed training as a SNUBA® guide. Since taking on the role of lead SNUBA® guide, both sales and guest participation have increased year over year. “When demonstrating and connecting with our guests in the pool first, they see how easy it is,” Clevlon shared. “The next step is encouraging them into the ocean.
