The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport (MCYS) and the National Sports Commission (NSC) proudly celebrated 34 years of school girls’ wind ball cricket in Guyana with the successful staging of the 11th Janet and Cheddi Jagan Memorial Tournament at the National Gymnasium.
Organised by MCYS/NSC Sports Officer Alister Munroe, the annual tournament once again showcased the depth of young cricketing talent across Georgetown schools, producing thrilling encounters in both the girls’ and boys’ divisions.
