The Antigua Yacht Club (AYC) will host the 2025 Caribbean Dinghy Championship (CDC) from October 24–26, bringing together top sailors from across the region for three days of high-level racing.
The regatta will feature six competitive classes—Optimist, ILCA 4, ILCA 6, ILCA 7, Topper Fusion (double-handed), and RS Venture (double-handed/adaptive)—offering opportunities for youth, senior, and inclusive sailors.
In preparation for the event, Dr. Clarence E. Pilgrim, Commodore of the Antigua Yacht Club, will serve as chairman of the CDC Committee to oversee its planning and execution.
Antigua enters this year’s championship as the defending Nations Cup champions, having secured victories in 2019, 2022, 2023, and 2024.
