Villa was in a no-nonsense mood as they blanked West Ham 8-0 to enjoy the largest margin of victory to date in the ongoing Fort Road Community Football League when they met at the Fort Road playing field on Tuesday.
Jelanie Barzey led the scoring with a hattrick, scoring in minutes 38, 41 and 55. There were double-strikes from Eroy Gonsalves who scored in minutes 20 and 35 and Tyrik Hughes who netted in minutes 33 and 45. Marley Johnson (39), Jahquane Richards (48) and DeJaernie Moore (59), each scored once in the winning effort.
