Belizean cyclist Giovanni Lovell earns International Coaching Certification at Hungarian University of Sports and Science

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: 🇧🇿 Belizean cyclist Giovanni Lovell has successfully completed the intensive International Coaching Course at the Hungarian University of Sports Science in Budapest, Hungary, earning certification in General Conditioning and graduating with a general average of 4.50 (Good).

Held from October 1 to November 21, 2025, the eight-week program featured rigorous training in sport science, pedagogy, psychology, and coaching methodology. Lovell excelled in multiple subjects, receiving Excellent marks in Sport Psychology, Sport Pedagogy, Human Biology, Science in Sports, and all components of his coaching specialization — Theory, Practice, and Study Report.

“Congratulations are in order for Giovanni Lovell.” the Cycling Federation of Belize (CFB) stated, hailing the significance of his accomplishment.

This opportunity was made possible through the support of the Belize Olympic and Commonwealth Games Association, and Lovell’s performance reflects his deep commitment to growth and excellence.

Lovell’s certification now qualifies him to coach in General Conditioning, a vital area for athlete development. His success not only elevates his personal journey but strengthens Belize’s sporting future by bringing home advanced knowledge and international experience.
