ANGRY Celtic fans appear to be continuing their struggle with the club’s board after peace talks with directors ended without resolution at the beginning of the week.
An umbrella group known as the Celtic Fans Collective met with Hoops CEO Michael Nicholson and finance director Chris McKay on Monday after ultras called short a three-match silent protest for the matches with Braga and Motherwell.
It remains to be seen precisely what happens with that protest going forward but a report from the Hoops fans group bemoaning the lack of tangible outcomes from the talks proves there has been no resolution yet.
The Celtic fans accused the Hoops board of “a lack of humility, awareness and accountability”.
Some supporters then unfurled a banner in close proximity to the directors’ box during the clash with Motherwell, and there were angry scenes as ultras abused directors at the end of the match.
And now images widely shared on social media showed that disgruntled Celtic fans are continuing to put their heads above the parapet.

All written in green pen or paint on white bed sheets, they displayed a number of banners overnight at the club’s stadium, which made that clear.
One read simply: “Still no confidence”, while a second read: “No more meets. Give them hell.”
A third read: “Time for talk is OVER. Time for change is NOW!”
A fourth said: “Celtic board forbidden from stands”.
