LECH POZNAN say they must DOUBLE their existing transfer record to land in-form Hoops loan star Luis Palma.
The Honduran has racked up five goals and four assists in 17 appearances since joining Poznan this summer and the Polish outfit are keen to make the deal a permanent one – assuming the deal is right.

But the Poles have gone public on the price tag they would have to pay the Hoops – which the Parkhead men seem to be unwilling to budge on.
And that could mean a whopping £4m heading in the Hoops’ direction come the summer.
The 25-year-old penned a five-year deal when joining from Aris Thessaloniki in 2023 and still has two of those to run from the end of this season.
The Hoops paid an initial £3.4m to sign him and want to make a profit.

Asked about the deal on local radio, Poznan director of communications Maciej Henszel revealed that they’d had have to double the £2m transfer record which they spent to take Yannick Agnero from Halmstads in September.
Henszel said: “We have a release clause.
“It doesn’t seem possible to lower it.
“I don’t think it’s negotiable.
“It’s not an easy matter.
To buy Palma, we have to break our transfer record by about two times.
“In the spring, we’ll decide whether the club can afford such a transfer and whether Luis can maintain his form.”
