DANNY ROHL insists Rangers are heading in the right direction after losing their way under Russell Martin.
Goals from Nico Raskin, Mikey Moore and Djeidi Gassama secured Gers’ third league win in a row.

And the Light Blues boss beamed: “First I think a clean sheet, three goals scored away is always good.
“I think in the second half sometimes we lost a little bit of control, this is what I want to see in the future, that we control this game a bit more.
“But all in all I think the last three performances, especially in the league, have been good, we scored seven goals, and had two times a clean sheet away.
“I think this is a good direction, we spoke about the small steps, I think in the league we made good steps forward.

“Now it’s about recovery, take the first six games together, look back, I will do this now in the next international break, and then of course I see a lot of things that go in the right direction, I see a lot of things we have to improve.
“I like to see individual players growing up more and more, and all in all we should be happy at the moment.”
With the January transfer window fast approaching, Rohl will use the international break to complete his dossier on where he feels the squad needs strengthened.
He revealed: “Yesterday together with my coaches, we put a lot of things together, details about the players, we spoke about weaknesses, but a lot of potential things.
“We look at strength, and what the players have to deliver.
“I think this is also crucial, they know this and they want to show.
“I see all the players trying, this is at first the basics, they put a lot of effort in, and then we have to be smart in the next steps.”
Meanwhile, Steven Pressley defended his decision to drop club captain Simon Murray.
The striker had to settle for a seat on the bench as Pressley handed Emile Acquah a surprise start against Gers.
Elvis said: “I made a decision. “I spoke to Simon on a couple of things.
“I made a decision that I thought that in Emile Acquah we could get a focal point against Rangers today.
“He took it like a true professional.
“He was disappointed of course, Simon wants to play every single week.
