CRAIG GORDON hasn’t played for Hearts yet this season whilst they’ve got off to a flying start to the campaign.
Despite not featuring this season, the former Celtic No1 is going to become much busier off the pitch.
The Jambos find themselves eight points clear at the top of the table, pulling clear from the chasing Hoops.
Alexander Schwolow has stepped between the sticks for Derek McInnes‘ side, and has proved more than capable to fill Gordon’s gloves so far.
His wife Summer Gordon took to Instagram to announce that the pair are expecting another child.
It’ll be their third child together, with as she revealed on her Instagram: “Heart full, belly too. Couldn’t be happier.”

The video shows boys Ace and Axel finding out the news, and bouncing about with excitement.
It was also announced in the same video that it’ll be another boy, which made the youngest pair even more excited.
Gordon has made over 700 career appearances, including 242 for Celtic and over 300 for his current side Hearts.
As well as his teams in Scotland, he also had a spell at Sunderland, where he made 94 appearances.
He has also been capped 81 times by the Scotland national team, and has still been regularly called upon by Steve Clarke despite being 42 years young.
His over 20-year career has brought the keeper a lot of success as well, mostly from his spell in Glasgow.
Gordon was a part of one of Celtic’s most dominant sides, winning SIX Scottish top flights back-to-back for the Hoops.
He also won five league cups during his trophy laden spell at Parkhead, to go alongside a hat-trick of Scottish cups in Green and White.
He’s also picked up two honours for Hearts, winning the 2005/06 Scottish Cup and the Scottish Championship in 2020/21 as he helped the Gorgie side back to Scotland’s top flight.
He’ll be hoping to pull the kit on a few times this season if his Hearts side can keep up their current form.
That’s because many are tipping Hearts for the league title, and the veteran keeper will want to get himself a winners medal come May, should they come out on top of the pile.
