PHILIPPE CLEMENT has been involved in a number of big rivalries during his managerial career.
And the former Rangers boss insists he will NEVER be able to manage a certain club because of one of them.
Clement, 51, has been out of work since being axed by the Light Blues in February.
The Belgian had been in charge at Ibrox since October 2023 and lasted just 16 months in the role.
Clement’s stint in Glasgow got off to a great start with the Gers lifting the League Cup for the first time in over a decade just months into his tenure.
He even wrestled the Gers into what seemed an unlikely title challenge, with the club reaching the top of the Premiership table in early 2024.

But that challenge fell apart and the 2024/25 campaign proved a nightmare one.
Clement was dismissed on the back of a horror Scottish Cup exit to Queen’s Park and a dire 2-0 home defeat to St Mirren on league duty.
Since being sacked seven months ago, he’s been linked with a whole host of vacant positions.
One of those saw him ex-Rangers boss Philippe Clement reveals club he will NEVER manage in the summer.
However, his association with the Belgian giants’ fierce rivals Club Brugge left many fans unsure.
Clement spent a decade as a Brugge player between 1999 and 2009 and made more than 300 appearances for the club.
He later managed them and led the club to two league titles.
Anderlecht, however, decided to stick with Besnik Hasi despite strong suggestions he would be sacked.
Clement has now been asked about the possibility of managing Anderlecht.
And it’s fair to say it’s a move that is completely OFF the table.
Clement told De Klokke: “Becoming Anderlecht manager will never be an option for me.
“After working at Club Brugge for 16 years, I can’t see myself going there.”
The former Gers boss did, however, open the door to making a return to Club Brugge one day.
And it seems like he’d even consider a role OTHER than as manager.

Clement continued: “I can see myself coming back one day but I don’t know in what role.
“But it’s clear that if I have to come back one day, that’s where I’ll go.”
