FORMER Rangers manager Philippe Clement is set to make a return to football TODAY, according to a report.
The Belgian has been out of work since being sacked by the Light Blues in February this year.

Clement, 51, has been linked with a host of positions since leaving Rangers nine months ago.
And he now looks set to be making his managerial return in English football.
It’s being reported by The Telegraph that Clement is to become the new Norwich City head coach.
And it’s claimed the Canaries are hopeful of confirming his appointment today.
Norwich have endured a dire start to their English Championship campaign and currently sit second bottom of the table.
Liam Manning was axed as boss after just 17 games in charge amid a run of seven defeats in eight games.
