FORMER Rangers star Jefte has revealed some heartwarming news less than three months after his Ibrox exit.
The 21-year old left Glasgow in the summer to join Brazilian giants Palmeiras in a bumper £6million deal.
Jefte spent just the one season with Rangers having joined from Fluminense in May 2004.
He made 56 appearances in all competitions before moving back to his home country.
Rangers turned a huge profit on Jefte, with the £6m fee the club sold him for absolutely dwarfing the £680,000 sum the Ibrox club had paid to land the left-back.
He’s been featuring regularly back in the top tier of Brazilian football since his move.

Prior to heading to Scotland, Jefte married stunning partner Gabriella in a lavish ceremony in Rio de Janeiro.
And now just months after his return to Brazil, the couple have revealed some adorable news.
In a post on Instagram, Gabriella and Jefte revealed they’re going to become parents for the first time.
They shared a series of snaps with Gabriella cradling her baby bump with the pregnancy test also in the image.
In the post, Gabriella said: “When our love seemed already complete,
God showed us it could be even greater.
“Inside of me, beat now the little piece purest of our love.
“A gift from heaven, the most beautiful miracle we could ever receive.
“Our baby is on the way!”
Jefte responded in the comments, saying: “Our biggest dream has come true my princess, I love you so much.”
Former Rangers teammates Danilo, Dujon Sterling, Mohamed Diomande, Alex Lowry and Robbie Fraser were among those to show their love by liking the post.
