AN ex-Aberdeen star who abused his wife as their marriage failed has been banned from contacting her for three years.
Mark Kerr must also do 200 hours’ unpaid work over spouse Pat’s 17-month ordeal.

The former Dundee United midfielder, 43, had branded the primary school headteacher a “sl*t” and accused her of having an affair with a male colleague.
Kerr, of Coatbridge, also followed the man along the M8 in Glasgow.
He further sent his wife — who he was separated from but still living with in Airdrie — a video of the pair kissing.
Kerr had earlier been accused of smashing up his love rival’s motor but his not guilty plea was earlier accepted at the town’s sheriff court.
But he admitted abusive behaviour between January 2024 and April 2025.
Sheriff Walter Mercer handed him a three-year non-harassment order meaning he not contact his wife or the other man, or enter her home.
He must also undergo 18 months’ supervision and attend a domestic abuse programme.
Kerr’s lawyer Brian Cooney said the couple were in “amicable” divorce proceedings.
The ex-Ayr United boss was named first-team coach at League Two side Stirling Albion in October.
