By Rubén Morales Iglesias: 🇧🇿⚽ The Football Federation of Belize (FFB) have officially released the 23-woman roster for the Belize Women’s National Football Team (BWNT), who are set to face Haiti this Sunday, 30 November, in their opening match of the FIFA Women’s World Cup qualifiers. Kick-off is scheduled for 7:00 pm at the FFB Stadium in Belmopan.
The squad is led by captain Sabrina Eiley of Sagitun Girlz FC and guided by head coach Wayne Casimiro, supported by assistant coach Joseph Waight, fitness coach Stanley Humes, goalkeeper coach Shane Orio, and a full technical and support team.

Notable Absences and Selection Notes
Among the notable absentees is Ashley Rodriguez, a regular in recent national team call-ups who travelled to Honduras earlier this month but is currently recovering from surgery. Kaite Jones, active with Corozal Elite FC in the Premier Women’s League of Belize, was not selected after missing national team training. Elva Nunes, meanwhile, was not released by her school and could not attend the sessions.
Also absent are Kenya Pérez and Jolene Aranda, both of whom were unable to participate due to high school commitments, as training was held from Monday to Wednesday.
