CONOR COADY has reportedly been lined up for a sensational return to the Premier League.
The defender joined Championship outfit Wrexham in the summer on a two-year deal from Leicester City.

Coady, 32, has struggled for regular minutes in Wales, having only made five appearances in the league.
The defender is currently behind the likes of Max Cleworth, Dan Scarr, Callum Doyle and Dominic Hyam in the pecking order.
The former England international has not even been in the matchday squad for the last two games against Portsmouth and Charlton.
However, the Telegraph has claimed that he could be returning to England’s top-flight.

But he would not be making the move as a player, as Wolves have explored a move to hire him as a coach.
If a move came off then he would make up a part of new manager Rob Edwards‘ coaching staff.
Coady spent eight years as a Wolves player between 2015 and 2023, although he spent the last year of his spell on loan at Everton.
He made 317 appearances for the West Midlands side and captained them to promotion to the Premier League in 2018.

His stint at the Molineux overlapped with Edwards’ time working at the club as a coach.
The report has suggested that a move is “highly unlikely”.
Edwards, 42, was named as the replacement for Vitor Pereira on Wednesday as he agreed to a three-and-a-half-year deal.
He resigned from his role at Middlesbrough after only taking up the seat in the Riverside dugout in June.
His return to the club comes nine years after he took charge as caretaker against Blackburn Rovers.
The game ended in a 1-1 draw and Coady played the full 90 minutes.
Edwards spent four years of his playing career at the club and made 111 appearances for the club between 2004 and 2008.
