A FORMER Rangers wonderkid has agreed a deal that will see him return to Scottish football.
Four years after leaving Ibrox, the player has turned out for clubs in England, Belgium and Bulgaria.

But now he is back in Scotland once again.
Indeed, it’s only a few months since his last official stint in Scottish football ended.
The man in question is Dapo Mebude, who came through the Gers youth ranks after joining the club as a ten-year-old.
Mebude (whose brother Dire is also a footballer) made his Rangers debut in May 2019, in a 2–1 away defeat to Kilmarnock.

Despite a loan spell at Queen of the South in which he scored two goals in 11 league appearances the young forward didn’t make the leap to becoming a first team regular for the Light Blues.
He ran down his contract before moving to Watford in 2021 but again he struggled for first team minutes.
After a year on loan at AFC Wimbledon he signed for KV Oostende in Belgium but after two years was on the move again.
He chose to return to Scotland and trained with Livingston before signing with Dunfermline on a one-year deal in the summer of 2024.
Mebude made 14 league appearances for the Pars but was loaned him out to Septemvri Sofia of Bulgaria in the second half of the season and then wasn’t given a new contract by the East End Park outfit.
The 24-year-old was training with Morton to keep up his fitness but now he has signed for Scottish Championship rivals Arbroath.
The Angus club confirmed that he had joined on a short-term deal last only until January, and that he has chosen to wear number 62.
A statement read: “Welcome Dapo!
“Arbroath FC are delighted to announce the signing of striker Dapo Mebude, on a deal until January, subject to SFA approval.
“Welcome to Gayfield, Dapo! He will wear the number 62 jersey.”
Mebude was at Gayfield yesterday for the Red Lichties’ 3-1 win over St Johnstone.
