OSCAR BOBB is in a race against time to register for Fulham and have a crack at Manchester United.
The Manchester City winger has less than 24 hours to sign on the dotted line to face city rivals United – but is yet to agree personal terms.

A fee of around £27million for the Norwegian winger has been agreed between the two clubs but the final phase of the transfer is still ongoing.
The deal also contains a 20 per cent sell on clause for City should he leave Fulham in the future.
But he must be registered as a Fulham player by midday on Friday in order to even stand a chance of making his debut on Sunday.
Rejuvenated Man Utd host Fulham in a 2pm kick-off and Fulham boss Marco Silva wants his new man in time to add him to the squad travelling to Old Trafford.

Silva is also chasing PSV Eindhoven striker Ricardo Pepi with just four days of the January transfer window left.
Fulham travel to Man Utd having won three of their last four games and with boss Silva’s own future up in the air.

Bobb’s wages are not expected to be a problem for Fulham but time is ticking on securing his signature in time for a key away game.
