THE future of popular Scots fashion brand Bee Inspired, which was founded by two ex-SPL stars, has been revealed.
And another former sports star has now become involved.
Bee Inspired was launched by Steven Robb and Mark Corcoran back in 2013.
Ex-Dundee midfielder Robb and former Ross County forward Corcoran grew the brand into a major player in men‘s fashion circles.
It has proved popular with celebrities and amassed a large social media following.
Bee Inspired also had several pop-up shops throughout the UK and only recently opened a flagship permanent store in Buchanan Street in Glasgow.

However, the firm’s future was plunged into major doubt last week.
We told how Companies House records showed that Bee Inspired had appointed liquidators.
The company was handed a notice of order of appointment of provisional liquidator in a winding-up by the court seven days ago.
Bee Inspired subsequently shared a social media post that stated “under new management” and that a full update would be revealed in due course.
Last night, that update emerged.
A lengthy statement posted on Instagram revealed that former Scotland rugby league international Gareth Moore has purchased the assets of Bee Inspired Clothing Ltd.
Yorkshire-born Moore, 36, played for several rugby league teams in England including Halifax, Batley, Wakefield and Dewsbury.
He was capped three times by Scotland in 2009 and after retiring in 2018 has entered the world of fashion.
Moore owns several fashion brands, including EV2 Sportswear, Matchwinner and Heartbreaker Club.
In the statement, Bee Inspired thanked its founders Robb and Corcoran for the “significant role” they played in getting the brand to where it got to.
And it also said the new ownership would “honour its Scottish heritage.”
The statement read: “Founded in 2013 by Mark Corcoran and Steven Robb, Bee Inspired has grown from a Scottish start-up into an internationally recognised clothing brand.
“We extend our gratitude to both founders for their leadership and the significant role they have played in the brand’s success.
“Bee Inspired Clothing Ltd went into liquidation in the first week of November and on Tuesday 11th November, FRP insolvency practitioners were appointed by the courts to liquidate the company.
“FRP then moved swiftly to explore possible opportunities to sell the assets of the liquidated business, and on Wednesday 12th November, they engaged in discussions with two interested parties regarding the purchase of the assets, stock, IP and goodwill, with the aim of preserving the Glasgow-born brand.
“On Friday 14th November, businessman Gareth Moore, who is a former professional rugby league player and Scotland international purchased the assets of Bee Inspired Clothing Ltd.
“Gareth steps into this role with a clear vision for the brand’s next chapter.
“Under his leadership, Bee Inspired will honour its Scottish heritage while strengthening its presence across the UK and global markets to better serve its loyal customer base.
“We have listened to your feedback and a renewed focus on the brand’s original identity is already underway, with other exciting developments to be announced soon.
