MARC GUEHI is set to miss England World Cup qualifying duty because he “can’t even walk” and is on crutches.
The Crystal Palace skipper took a knock on his foot in the closing minute of the 3-1 win over AZ Alkmaar at Selhurst Park on Thursday night in the Conference League group stage.

Earlier that day, Thomas Tuchel announced his England squad for the double header with Serbia at Wembley and Albania away in this last international window of the year.
Yet Palace boss Oliver Glasner explained what had happened in his pre-game press chat before the M23 derby with Brighton.
The Austrian coach said: “Marc was fouled in the last minute against Alkmaar.
“It was a knock on his foot. A bone bruise.
“He can’t even walk at the moment. The last two days he is on crutches.
“I don’t know how this develops over the next couple of days.
“But at the moment it doesn’t look good. It looks like he can’t play for England as well.”
Guehi – who was close to moving to Liverpool for £35million on Transfer Deadline Day – graces the front page of the match programme and has played 18 games for club and country this season.
