TEMPLEGATE’S Tuesday tips are below.
Back a horse simply by clicking their odds.
CHASINGOUTTHEBLUES (1.25 Kelso, nap)
A couple of novicey errors in the home straight meant he had to settle for third at Newcastle last time. He had been travelling really strongly before that and will hopefully have learned plenty from the experience. His chase debut at Hexham earlier last month was highly promising as he was beaten less than two lengths. He is a thorough stayer so this trip around Kelso should be right up his street.
SCORPIO RISING (3.15 Lingfield, nb)
He had plenty left in the tank when scooting in at Perth last month. That was just his second run over hurdles and his opening handicap mark of 113 looks more than fair under the champion jockey.
TRIPLE CROWN TED (2.25 Kelso, treble)
Was a promising third here on hurdles debut last time out. He looked rusty after seven months off and should take a major step forward.
KOSAC D’OUDAIRIES (2.15 Lingfield, Lucky 15)
He was last seen winning a Ffos Las bumper with ease in February and will make a nice hurdler.
