THE iconic Formula 1 track at Spa was left looking unrecognisable following heavy snowfall.
A chilling cold snap has gripped much of Europe this week, with temperatures reaching as low as minus seven in Belgium.
The country’s historic motor-racing track at Spa has been covered in snow amid the freezing weather.
Incredible drone footage posted by the Circuit de Spa Francorchamps’ Instagram account shows the picturesque track as never seen before.
The short clip features snow-specked trees and the track’s famous bends bathed in white.
Fans loved the social media post, which swiftly received more than 3,000 likes in barely an hour.

One called the scene: “Magnificent.”
While a second joked: “24h spa in luge?”
A third commented: “I’m arriving with my sleigh.”
And another added: “The most beautiful place in the world.”

The track at Zandvoort, less than 200 miles from Spa, was also left covered in snow.
Their social media account posted an image of the amazing scene, adding: “Not the fastest lap, but perhaps one of the most beautiful.”
McLaren’s Oscar Piastri won last July’s Belgian Grand Prix at Spa in very different conditions.
And the Aussie also triumphed at Zandvoort the following the month.
