HE is in the form of his life and Team Haaland are determined to milk it – quite literally.
Erling Haaland’s brand new YouTube channel shows him heading to Greenoaks farm shop in rural Cheshire on his way to training.
The forward leaves a few minutes later with shopping bags full of steak, milk and honey.
And owner Helen says the Manchester City forward would be welcome to come by one evening and collect his own raw milk straight from their cows.
Haaland clearly likes the idea and grins: “We have to try one time. We HAVE to try.”
It is the kind of glimpse into his home life that his advisors hope will turn the Norwegian striker, 25, into a global superstar.

He is already rewriting the record books both in the Premier League and Europe and will surely be in the frame for next year’s Ballon D’Or at this rate.
But his agent Rafaela Pimenta and his advisors want more – and have grander plans.
She recently predicted he will be the first footballer to be worth a billion as well as a ‘champion of the metaverse’.
They are particularly looking towards the US with his nation almost certain to qualify for the World Cup this summer.

And the debut ‘Day in the Life’ film offers a look behind the scenes into his home gym sessions, training at the Etihad and his recovery routine.
It also shows how he loves to cook at home with partner Isabel as well as that farm shop stop to pick up supplies.
Speaking about the launch of @erling, Haaland said: “People always see the matches, the goals, the celebrations — but not the hours that go into being ready for all of that.
“This video shows the routine, the food, the recovery, the small details that matter.
“It’s a bit of who I am away from the pitch, and I hope people enjoy seeing that side.”
The show starts with Haaland making himself a coffee – using raw milk and a little maple syrup.
That makes it a ‘superfood’ according to the Norwegian as – he says – the fats and sugars protect the caffeine.
The £51.4 million forward and his partner Isabel became parents late last year and their baby son ensures there are no lie ins at their Cheshire home.
Not that he wants one anyway, as he explains: “An early start – fresh daylight and a small walk – it’s a logical thing to do. I like to read about things and try new things.
“The baby wakes up early – not when the alarm goes off. Just when he wants.”
A breakfast of eggs with sourdough bread follows – with the City star explaining why feeding himself is something he has become used to.
He said: “I’ve been living alone since I was 16 – so I had to cook.
“I moved up to Molde – my father brought some cleaning products and a bit of food and said ‘I’m leaving tomorrow, see you later’.
“I was all alone, I had to cook, clean – you get thrown into it and I learned so much living alone.”
Next he spends some time with Isabel before his fitness coach Mario Pafundi – an Italian who only lives round the corner – arrives.
They do some stretching exercises in his home gym – which have helped him improve his fitness record in the past couple of seasons.
While receiving his treatment, the City forward rests his head on the match-ball used in the Champions League final in Istanbul two years ago – when he helped City complete an historic treble.
Then there is some red light therapy to make up for the lack of sun in Manchester at this time of year.
Not that the weather bothers him too much as a Norwegian who is used to far colder temperatures and even less daylight – but Pafundi insists on it.
On his way to training at the Etihad, he stops at a farm shop in rural Cheshire for some of his beloved raw milk.
Yet he eventually leaves with three tomahawk steaks, some fillet and ribeye, four jars of raw honey and several gallons of the white stuff.
On he goes to the City Football Academy where there is time for another stint on the massage table with Pafundi before he heads out to train.
After driving home through the torrential rain, he starts preparations for his evening meal.
He smiles: “I love food and I live to eat food, no matter what happens in the day – it’s the best moment.”
Isabel does not seem impressed by that but he goes off to finish his recovery with an ice bath and sauna – something he does four or five times a week at least.
Then it’s time to eat and tonight’s meal is tomahawk steak with potatoes, salad and a béarnaise sauce prepared by Isabel.
She said: “We like to cook together. But oh my God, he eats so much – everything is about ‘when is the next meal?’ or ‘what shall we make?’
“He loves kebabs, he loves brisket tacos – slow cooked often on Saturdays – it’s lovely.
“He really thinks about what he puts into his body. I got to thinking about it too and started studying nutrition, trying to cook dinners that are healthy but taste not so healthy.”
Then we are treated to a masterclass in how to cook the perfect steak on his outdoor barbecue by the man himself.
He explains: “Prepare the steak at room temp, salt and pepper – I have high expectations of myself.
“I’ve been cooking steak so much but you need to feel it, you need to touch it, you need a good steak crust. If you can do that you’ve come far already.”
He is clearly a perfectionist and is happy with the outcome, saying: “Honestly it looks unbelievable – ridiculous, seriously. I know it’s going to be unbelievable.”
