DANNY ROHL has told Rangers fans he will earn their trust and win quickly.
And his unwavering commitment amid never-ending crisis at Sheffield Wednesday certainly shows he has the determination to achieve his goals.

36-year old Rohl was announced as Rangers’ new head coach on Monday.
It brought an end to a managerial search that had seen talks with both Steven Gerrard and Kevin Muscat collapse, with Rohl himself having even withdrawn from consideration at an earlier point.
But after all of those twists, Rohl is now the man in charge at Ibrox.
Signing a two-and-a-half year deal, his first game is on Thursday night in Norway against Brann in the Europa League.

Upon arriving at Rangers, Rohl insists he’s ready to cope with the pressure and claims he likes how “demanding” the Light Blues supporters are.
He’s also vowed to win “as soon as possible.”
Rohl takes over a side that managed just five wins in 17 games under predecessor Russell Martin, with the Gers also being held to a draw by Dundee United in the game overseen by caretaker boss Steven Smith.
It isn’t going to be easy, but it wasn’t either in his only previous managerial gig at Sheffield Wednesday.
His spell there came to an end in the summer when he left amid an ever-increasing crisis.
In truth, the club was engulfed in crisis during his entire near two-year stint but he left with his head held high and having become a hero in the eyes of the Wednesday support.
The club’s rather eccentric owner Dejphon Chansiri – who fans continue to vehemently protest against – never made things easy.
Wages went unpaid, fans fumed and a training ground revamp was rejected.
But Rohl just got on with it – and then some.
He rescued the club from near certain relegation in his first season before finishing a more than respectable 12th in the Championship last time out despite the crisis.
In an interview with The Times a couple of months back, Rohl revealed: “Some people said, ‘If you survived Wednesday then you learnt a lot.’”
Despite the barriers being put in his way, Rohl’s commitment never wavered.
And he’s admitted he went without SLEEP sometimes in order to get things right.
He revealed: “We played at Plymouth on Saturday and Norwich on Tuesday and I worked on Monday the whole night.
“I didn’t sleep, to prepare for Norwich.
“If someone speaks about my attitude (after an approach from Southampton), that something changed, it’s completely wrong.
“What changed in the second half of the season was not me but the mood of the club.”
