The UFC resumes pay-per-view action this weekend with a stacked card in New York City.
The MMA leader will return to Madison Square Garden early on tomorrow morning for its penultimate pay-per-view of the year – UFC 322.
Topping the bill is the mammoth welterweight title fight between champion Jack Della Maddalena and former pound-for-pound king Islam Makhachev.
A historic women’s flyweight bout between dominant champion Valentina Shevchenko and former strawweight queen Zhang Weili serves as the co-main event of the evening.
Former welterweight king Leon Edwards will also be in action on the stacked main card, taking on Carlos Prates in a do-or-die showdown.

But they’re also wondering how much the big names on the card will be getting paid.
The New York State Athletic Commission no longer reveal the exact figures fighters get.
But in the case of Makhachev and Edwards, their previously disclosed purses can give us an insight into how much they’re likely to be paid this weekend.
Thanks to the California Athletic Commission, we know that former dominant lightweight king Makhachev will be paid a flat £151,393 ($200,000).

That’s how much he was paid for his routine title defence against short-notice opponent Renato Moicano at UFC 311 in Los Angeles in January.
Edwards, meanwhile, is expected to be paid a flat £264,960 ($350,000).
That was how much the Brummie’s last publicly disclosed purse was for his championship-clinching KO of Kamaru Usman at UFC 278 in August 2022.
It’s worth noting that Makhachev’s expected purse will likely be SIGNIFICANTLY higher.
That’s because not all publicly disclosed purses are the fighter’s actual take-home pay.
And in the case of Makhachev, his purse will be topped up by special discretionary bonuses and his respective cut of the pay-per-view pie.
