RANGERS have reportedly agreed personal terms with a transfer target.
But the player now has a HUGE decision to make about where he goes next.
Rangers have already made nine new signings this summer – 10 if you include the permanent deal for Oscar Cortes.
But head coach Russell Martin is keen for more as his Light Blues revolution continues.
Defence seems to be an area the Ibrox boss is keen to strengthen further.
He’s already added right-back Max Aarons with two central defenders in Nasser Djiga and Emmanuel Fernandez being recruited as well.

Aarons began the season at left-back but Martin insisted that wasn’t the long term plan, hinting that a player in that position could be a priority.
Ridvan Yilmaz is also likely to leave this summer.
Rangers have been linked with two left-sided defenders in the past week or so, the most recent being Real Betis star Nobel Mendy.
The towering 6ft2in defender is primarily a centre-back but can also play at left-back.
Spanish reports on Wednesday claimed the Gers’ interest in the 20-year old Senegalese ace.
Now, Rangers have reportedly made a significant move in their bid to land him.
Belgian journalist Sacha Tavolieri is reporting that the Gers have AGREED personal terms with Mendy.
But they aren’t the only club in the hunt.
La Liga outfit Rayo Vallecano have a firm interest in Mendy and they have ALSO agreed terms with the player.
It means Mendy himself now has a big decision to make about where he goes next.
The report claims he will make the decision quickly.
Mendy came through the youth ranks in France, making his debut for Paris FC.
He joined Real Betis in 2023, initially on loan, but has spent most of the last two years playing in the club’s B team.
Mendy has only made two La Liga appearances as well as playing a handful of games in other competitions.
He had looked set to move to PSV Eindhoven but that move is now dead.

The Dutch giants couldn’t force a deal through amid complicated work permit-related rules in the Netherlands.
Club Brugge have also been interested but a move seemed to be dependent on the exit of Joel Ordonez from the club, but the Ecuador defender remains for now.
