SCOTLAND are facing a major sweat over goalkeeper Angus Gunn for crucial World Cup qualifiers.
Nottingham Forest boss Sean Dyche revealed in his pre-match press conference ahead of Manchester United that Gunn “had opened up his knee ligaments.”

He says it means he’ll definitely miss Saturday’s clash against Ruben Amorim‘s men although he hasn’t featured for Forest this season.
Dyche said he would be touch and go for the Leeds game, which is on November 9, with Scotland‘s crunch clashes away to Greece and home to Denmark the following week.
Scotland boss Steve Clarke is due to his name his squad for the massive double header next week.
Gunn, who is looking to add to his 20 caps for Scotland, has played in all four World Cup qualifiers, including the wins over Greece and Belarus earlier this month.

He said he would be looking at a possible move in January if he didn’t get more game time with his club.
Gunn said before the last round of qualifiers: “I went into a situation at the club where I thought I’d be getting, obviously not regular game time, but some game time in terms of cups and things like that.
“It’s not really materialised, which I’m disappointed about.
“But obviously I’ve still got the chance to come away here and get the opportunity to play, like in the last two games.
“The thing for me, it’s not a long-term contract, so there’s definitely options, even in January, to possibly reconsider.”
SunSport understands Scotland will prepare for their World Cup crunch with the Greeks with a warm weather training camp in Turkey.
Clarke’s side must win at least a point in Athens on November 15 to keep their hopes of automatic qualification alive.
That could then set up a blockbuster clash against the Danes at Hampden three days later.
