CELTIC have been hit with a fresh injury scare after another defender was forced off the pitch with a nasty knock while on international duty.
Right-back Colby Donovan was stretchered off in the second half of Scotland Under 21s’ clash with Gibraltar.

The 19-year-old started the Euro qualifier and lasted 48 minutes before the horror injury.
Donovan appeared to be caught in a late challenge from a Gibraltar player as he attempted to clear the ball away from the Scotland box.
He crashed to the deck and rolled about the pitch in pain before being treated by medical staff.
Play was stopped for almost four minutes and players from both sides gathered around him to show support.

He was then stretchered off the pitch around the 52-minute mark and was examined further in a nearby ambulance.
It’s unclear just how serious the injury is but it doesn’t look good for the teenager.
The ambulance was at the side of the pitch but it left the stadium around five minutes later.
More to follow.
