NICO RASKIN will remain in Scotland when Rangers take on Hearts tomorrow afternoon – even if he won’t feature in the game.
The Rangers midfielder was a target for Turkish duo Besiktas and Fenerbahce and could have sealed a late exit from Ibrox before their transfer window shut tonight.
It’s understood the two Super Lig giants were battling it out for the Belgian amid his fall out with Rangers boss Russell Martin.
We revealed the Light Blues were even willing to let him leave the club if an offer came in from Istanbul.
But the Rangers Review claim he is going NOWHERE, with both clubs running out of time to get last-minute deals over the line.
It’s stated the Ibrox club received enquiries for the 24-year-old in recent days, but no official offer has been tabled.

Now Gers chiefs are confident he’ll remain a Rangers player until January at least.
Raskin returned to training with the Rangers first-team after peace talks with boss Martin, as we first revealed earlier this week.
But speaking ahead of tomorrow’s clash with Hearts, he explained that the midfielder hasn’t yet won back the ‘trust’ of his team-mates.
As a result of that, he will NOT be involved in the squad for tomorrow’s Premiership showdown at Ibrox.
Addressing the situation with Raskin at his pre-match press conference, boss Martin said: I think everyone needs to be on the pitch with trust and feeling and clarity.
“And that’s it. And I think the most important thing is that Nico knows why. The players know why. And we want to move forward.
“And we have to win football matches now. And he’s part of a squad in training that needs to help that and put himself back in the squad and the team to help us win matches.
“Well, it is resolved because he’s still here and he’s training with the group now. So it’s fine. It’s never a personal thing. It’s always professional.
“My job is to do what I feel is best for the team, for the club. It’s not about me. It’s not about Nico. It’s about everyone.
“We’ve got a really good group now, a really good squad. We’re so happy with it. After the transfer window shut, I think we’re in such a stronger position. I’m really excited about what this group can go on achieving now.”
