MEMPHIS DEPAY has been told to leave his £35,000-a-month luxurious hotel suite by Corinthians chiefs, according to reports.
But the former Manchester United winger is said to be determined to stay at the Sao Paulo city centre hot spot.
Depay, 31, signed for the Brazilian giants in 2024 following a season with Atletico Madrid.
As part of the deal, the Dutchman was promised a luxury penthouse suite at the Rosewood Hotel, paid for by the club.
While further perks are said to have included a private chef, personal security and an armoured car.
But, according to Brazilian outlet UOL, Depay has now been asked to leave his suite by new club president Osmar Stabile.

Stabile was elected back in August so was not in position when Depay was handed his contract.
And the club chief is said to believe that Depay’s deal is “out of touch with reality” for his club.
The suite is said to cost the club around £35,000 per month – more than £400k a year.
Corinthians chiefs reportedly want Depay to move into a house in the city’s plush Alphaville gated community.

The forward, however, is not said to be keen on the switch.
One factor is the distance between Alphaville and the club’s training ground.
Depay and Stabile now appear to be at an impasse.
The ex-Barcelona ace remains under contract until December 2026.
He has been a success at Corinthians, helping them to a Campeonato Paulista triumph earlier this year.
Depay has made 58 appearances in total, scoring 16 goals and laying on 14 assists.
The Corinthians star recently hit the headlines in Brazil after being accused of getting an influencer pregnant before giving her the cold shoulder.
Instagram star Lary Simoes made the claims while speaking to local showbiz reporter Fabia Olivieira.
