To ensure the smooth execution of the event, a mandatory meeting has been scheduled for Saturday, May 24, 2025, at the Louisiana Government School in Orange Walk East.
The meeting will cover essential details regarding the tournament’s organization, participation requirements, and logistics. Minister Kevin Bernard, a key figure in the sporting community and sponsor of the tournament, will be present to address attendees and discuss updates. Organizer Wilson ‘Chato’ Perez stresses the importance of attendance, emphasizing that critical information will be shared to facilitate the success of the event.
