Defending Girls’ champions, Princess Margaret School (PMS) were runaway winners over St Mary’s Secondary School (SMSS) in the Girls’ under-16 division of the Cool and Smooth/Joma Caribbean sponsored Schools Football League on Tuesday, beating their opponents 6-0 at the Antigua and Barbuda Football Association (ABFA) Technical Center.
They were led by Jkayla Bellot who scored four times with goals in the 15th, 40th, 43rd and 56th minutes. Anesa Versailles (13th) and Kavita Cordice (53rd) each contributed to the huge victory.
The other scheduled matches between the Antigua Girls High School (AGHS) and All Saints Secondary School (ASSS); Jennings Secondary School (JSS) and Pares Secondary School (PSS); Ottos Comprehensive School (OCS) and Sir Novelle Ricards Academy (SNRA) did not materialize due to varying issues.
