DANNY ROHL admits some of his Rangers flops are running out of chances.
Gers dropped more Premiership points in a scoreless stalemate with Falkirk at Ibrox.
Boss Rohl introduced a new front four after the Euro draw with Braga – and sent on five subs.
But he confessed time is running out for some stars to prove they have a future at the club – ahead of a busy January transfer window.
The German said: “I never lose patience but the opportunities will be fewer.
“It’s about form. Some players use it, some players can’t use it.

“You look at which opportunities you have, and then you try to take the next one.
“This is football, it’s about competition. In some positions, we have competition and in some positions, there’s less competition because of the injuries.
“Of course, you have to step up in areas, which is what I demand and expect from our players.”
Gers were jeered off as they missed the chance to close the gap on leaders Hearts.
It ended a four-match winning run in the league for new boss Rohl.
And he couldn’t disguise his disappointment after a flat display which saw just three shots on target.
He added: “My reaction is disappointment in the result.
“When you play at home, you want to win these games.
“We were in some good areas but then our decision-making, finding the next free man, finding the right touch, was not right today.
“There were situations where you have the feeling ‘oh, now we can really hurt them’ and then we turn back or we don’t find the right team-mate.
“It slows down the game and you cannot create much on the front foot with the power to score. Then you feel it’s tough to win.
“We all know that the squad is going to need some help in January.
“It’s going to be new players and recruitment is going to be a big topic.
“But from now until then, it’s about what work we can do to improve the performance of the squad.
“You see too many ups and downs. Some players feel ‘okay, now I’ve made the step’ and the next game they make the step back.
“We are not consistently at the highest point again and again.
“This is the job. When I arrived I said it’s about finding a way to win games. This is the first draw.
“We are disappointed with this performance but for me it’s now week six or seven.
“I have a clear overview now, a clear picture of what we miss at the moment. It’s been a rollercoaster but from this point we go forward.
“With this rollercoaster, the ups and downs in our game, you feel sometimes we drop back into old habits.
“This is again what we have to remove.”
Bairns boss John McGlynn admitted his stars deserved their point.
He said: “It would have been a little bit harsh on Rangers if we had nicked it – but I would have taken it.
“We put them under a little bit of pressure late on. The subs that came on made a difference.
“The overall feeling is a little bit of disappointment. We can play better than that.
“It speaks volumes for the players that they’re a little bit disappointed that we couldn’t do a little bit better in possession.
“Falkirk’s not won here in the league in 100 years. Normally you’d be delighted with coming away from here with a point.”
