DANNY ROHL lamented the lack of “extra quality” in the final third as Rangers suffered more Euro woe in Porto.
But the title-chasing boss vowed to push hard for reinforcements before the transfer window closes on Monday.

Djeidi Gassama headed Rangers into an early lead in their Europa League finale before defensive errors cost them dear.
However, Rohl insists it’s offensive players he is after as he tries to lead Gers to the title and a tilt at next season’s Champions League.
The German said: “We are competitive, but to win these games you need extra quality in the final third and this is what we have to work on.
“We have a lot of good options in defence. For me, it’s about how we can score more goals.

“When I compare this to my first game in Bergen, I see a big difference.
“We saw in the last four games a big step forward.
“But we should still understand in this competition we were not good enough to come through.”
Asked about moves before the deadline, Rohl added: “Let’s do our job in the background. You can ask me again after the window and hopefully you’ll see what we did.”
Rodrigo Mora and Francisco Moura turned the game on its head after Gassama’s opener, with Manny Fernandez’s own goal sending Porto to the last 16.
Skipper James Tavernier, who equalled Allan McGregor’s club record with his 109th Euro appearance, collided with keeper Jack Butland to gift the second goal.
Rohl added: “We started well on the front foot and the first 15 minutes were how we wanted to play.
“We had some good ball-winning situations before the goal.
“At 1-1, we got there a step too late. Then 2-1 was too easy, a killer.
“They controlled the game more and we missed some moments. We have to be brave.
“In the second half, we played with courage and played some good football but all in all it’s a defeat.”
Skipper Tavernier said: “It was just a mix-up. I’ll take it on the chin.
“I thought Jack was coming for it but it ended up bouncing off my shin and we came together.
“We started off really well, but for the goals we conceded we can do better as a team.
“We tried to get back in it but the final pass, final decision weren’t there.
“It’s a good learning curve and we have to push on with the league now.”
On equalling McGregor’s record, he added: “I’ve still got to give it to Greegsy as he has more Champions League appearances than me!”
Findlay Curtis was handed a rare start and set up Gassama’s opener.
Now Rohl faces a decision over whether to sanction a loan to Kilmarnock.
He said: “Over the last two weeks, Findlay got more and more minutes and deserved it.
“There’s been a big step in his development. The mindset is fantastic.
“Now we have to make a decision for the club.”
