THINGS certainly seem to be getting busier at Rangers.
Russell Martin has added Joe Rothwell as his third summer signing and another midfielder could be on the way.
Rothwell, 30, penned a three-year deal to join Rangers from Bournemouth.
His arrival follows those of Lyall Cameron and Max Aarons as the Light Blues look to beef up their squad ahead of the Champions League qualifiers.
Rangers take on Panathinaikos in the first leg of their second round qualifying tie at Ibrox on July 21, with the squad needing to be submitted four days previously.
Gers boss Martin is in the hunt for defensive additions, with the Light Blues understood to be interested in Wolves centre-back Nasser Djiga and Peterborough’s Emmanuel Fernandez.

But he could also be adding another midfielder.
The Daily Mail report that the Light Blues are in talks with Luton over the signing of Thelo Aasgaard.
The 23-year old only joined the Hatters in January in a £3million move from Wigan.
But Luton’s relegation to the Championship means it’s likely he’ll be on the move again this summer.
Born in Liverpool, Aasgaard plays internationally for Norway.
He represented the country from under-16 level through to under-21s.
In March this year, Aasgaard had a senior Norway debut to remember when he scored and assisted in a thumping 5-0 win over Moldova in World Cup qualifying.
Aasgaard was in the Liverpool academy as a youngster before joining Wigan in 2016.
He made his first team breakthrough with the Latics in 2020 and went on to make 164 league appearances for the club, scoring 32 goals.
Aasgaard moved on to Luton in January this year, scoring twice in 17 games.
He couldn’t prevent the club from suffering a second straight relegation.
