RANGERS have reportedly jumped to the front of the queue to sign a highly-rated Danish talent who came through Inter Milan’s academy.
Danny Rohl has yet to make his first signing as Rangers boss but is expected to make a few additions to his squad before the end of the month to help with Gers’ title challenge.

The Light Blues have already made an approach to bring former Hearts left-back James Penrice back to Scotland, while Josh Windass remains on the radar.
But Rohl, 36, is also looking at bringing another midfielder to Ibrox, it’s being claimed.
According to Danish outlet Bold, Rangers are leading the race for Hacken star man Silas Andersen.
The 21-year-old Hacken ace is widely seen as one of the Swedish top flight’s best midfielders and is already on the radar of Europe’s biggest clubs.

Premier League sides Arsenal and Nottingham Forest have previously been linked with the midfielder, with the Gunners said to have sent scouts to watch him in action last season.
Andersen is an aggressive midfielder known for his physical presence and passing ability.
He is often deployed as a defensive midfielder and made 32 domestic appearances for Hacken last season, along with 13 outings in European competition.
He is a Denmark Under-21 international and has been tipped with a senior call up in recent months.
Andersen only joined Hacken from Utrecht in January 2025, with the Swedish club paying over £800,000 to land him.
But he looked set to leave last summer as interest continued to rise and even Copenhagen made a bid, but it was rejected.
However, it is believed Hacken would be willing to sell this month if the right offer comes in.
The report suggests Rangers are locked in talks with the Swedish outfit and are trying to secure a deal to bring him to Scotland.
It also states that the midfielder is on Celtic‘s radar too.
