RANGERS misfit defender Clinton Nsiala is on his way to Dynamo Kiev on loan.
The 21 year-old centre-back hasn’t played for Russell Martin this season.
And the former AC Milan kid has been given the go-ahead to join the Ukraine club until the end of the season.
Nsiala made 17 appearances last season – scoring once – but has failed to make a proper breakthrough at Ibrox.
The young Frenchman was on the books at Nice as a teenager for two years before he won a move to Milan in 2021.
He spent three years in their youth system before coming to Rangers last summer.

Nsiala initially played mostly for the B team but was promoted to the senior squad later in the season.
Dynamo Kiev are currently top of the Ukrainian Premier League, with four wins from their opening four games.
Meanwhile, Gers boss Martin is expecting two players to join the Ibrox club on deadline day.
A deal is in the works for Portuguese starlet Yousseff Chermiti, who joined Everton from Sporting Lisbon two years ago for £11.5million.
He will come in as Cyriel Dessers leave, with AEK Athens and Panathinaikos both having bids accepted.
Gers are also hoping to secure the signature of Canadian defender Derek Cornelius.
The Marseille centre-half, who has 35 caps for Canada, would give Martin a natural left-footed defender – and one who can fill in at left-back if required.
Martin said: “I think we are close to a couple.
“I only spoke to Kevin (Thelwell) this morning and I haven’t had a chance to catch up with him since.
“But we are really hopeful of concluding them.”
Nico Raskin’s future remains up in the air however.
Wolves and Crystal Palace are reportedly interested in the player, who has been bombed from the squad by Martin in a decision BACKED by senior stars at the club.
